Rock Creek Mobile Home Park at 3765 Grass Valley Highway, Auburn, California.

I recently (June 2017) went out to Rock Creek mobile home park to look at homes for sale. The park itself is very clean, very maintained. However, the realtor handling the sales from Lyon Realitors, she is not a good sales person, she is not interested in anything but making her a buck! The homes in that park are highly over priced for the year of home. She will not negotiate with buyers, like I said she is only interested in lining her pockets.

I found GlenBrook estates in Loomis very nice socialable people and this park is very very reseasonably priced. Owners will work with a buyer to purchase home.
